Milestone Management Solutions Ltd is a small company offering a wealth of experience in Business, Accounts and Finance Systems. The Principal Finance Specialist is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, an Associate of the Institute of Management Consultancy and a registered Member in Practice, holding an Honours Degree in Business Studies.

This added to a wide range of experience at Board level in several manufacturing sectors, provides a sound knowledge of business skills and practices from which to work.

Recent and on-going projects include:

• Project management of computer systems implementations for Sage (Instant, Line 50, Payroll and Forecasting), Customer Focus (Technology Driven Business Improvement Software), Efacs (Integrated Business System) and Vixen (Contract Costing System)
• Business Recovery projects involving business with Crown Creditors (these are arrears in Corporation Tax, VAT or PAYE/National Insurance) in liaison with the Department of Trade and Industry and Her Majesty's Revue and Customs these debts can sometimes be deferred for months/years if a sound business exists under the immediate cash flow issues.
• Finance Director, Chief Accountant, Book keeper part time and interim roles.
• Management and Statutory Accounts production
• Taxation services for the Sole Trader, Partnership and Limited Company from Start up onwards. Specialising in the SME market.
